To upgrade MacOS or your programs, troubleshoot many issues (email, fonts, printing, file saving), answer your questions, or make purchase recommendations, we can usually do that either by phone, text, email, or through a remote internet connection to your computer. With phone, text, email, and remote support, we’ll resolve the problem faster than if you have to wait for an on-site appointment, and it saves the trip charge!
