If your computer won’t boot up, or we need to install a hardware upgrade, we’ll come to you, or you can bring the computer to us.

If we need to do network wiring, install a printer or scanner, or troubleshoot issues that require hands-on, we’re glad to come to you.

We’ve always been available to come to your home or office to provide hands-on service. Being at your premises makes it easier to resolve internet, network, cabling, file sharing, printer, and scanner issues because it not only allows us to see how your equipment is connected, but also to change the connections if necessary.

Seeing what equipment you currently have and how it’s connected also lets us personalize our purchase recommendations for you.

To upgrade MacOS or your programs, troubleshoot many issues (email, fonts, printing, file saving), answer your questions, or make purchase recommendations, we can usually do that either by phone, text, email, or through a remote internet connection to your computer. With phone, text, email, and remote support, we’ll resolve the problem faster than if you have to wait for an on-site appointment, and it saves the trip charge!
