Hands-On Macintosh Service

Mac users simply want their Macs up and running. Period. In setting up or resolving problems with Macs, peripherals, networks, and internet connections, Everything Macintosh technicians work with three primary goals in mind:

  • Accomplish the job quickly as practical.

  • Interfere as little as possible with your normal operation.

  • Do everything necessary to provide long term reliability and performance, and minimize the chance you’ll need to have additional service.

We’ll install and set up new Macs, update, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing Macs and peripheral equipment (regardless of brand), recover crashed disks and drives, set up and troubleshoot file sharing, internet sharing, internet hosting, even network your Mac with PCs. Most of the time, we’ll do it right at your home or office, right before your eyes, and you’re welcome to ask questions as we work!

Unlike authorized Apple dealers and service centers, we are under no contractual obligation to limit our service to certain brands of software or hardware. We listen carefully to your description of the issue. We’re always up-to-date about known problems in all brands of hardware and software. We use a variety of diagnostics, because we know that each tests things others don’t. We use classic troubleshooting techniques to identify the exact cause of a problem and correct it permanently.

Whenever hands-on service is required, Everything Macintosh provides more bang for the buck.

We deliver service 3 ways:

  • Mac Service In Person at Your Premises – Best choice for installing new equipment, resolving problems with printer, network, and internet connections.

  • Mac Service In Person at Our Premises – Best choice for upgrading or troubleshooting an individual Mac.

  • Remote Service Via Internet via iChat or Timbuktu Pro – Best choice for quck service. Eliminates having to wait for an appointment, and costs less. To find out more about Remote Service click here.
