Everything Macintosh has been serving Mac users for over 20 years. Our customers represent a wide range of industries that include printing, publishing, advertising, marketing, writing, textiles, architecture, medical, and manufacturing.

We’ve built our reputation as the kind of computer service company everyone really wants. Whether our customer is large or small, our goal is to provide:

  • Unbiased product recommendations that help when you’re ready to make a purchase. We are not product dealers, so our recommendations are based only on product merits and our assessment of your needs.

How Everything Macintosh is Different

...are controlled by the terms of the service authorization contract they have with Apple Computer, Inc. They have a greater obligation to Apple than to you. Everything Macintosh is an independent support and service company. Our only obligation is to you.
...are only obliged to support Apple brand hardware and software. If your problem turns out to be with another brand, they tell you, “Call them.” We support whatever brands of hardware or software you have or wish to use.
...have no reason to keep up to date about any tech notes or updates except Apple’s. We stay up to date about all products our clients use, reading tech notes released by manufacturers and developers, and distributing necessary software updates to our field techs, so they’re available as needed.
...aren’t necessarily Mac oriented. Large chain stores that sell both Macs and other PC brands may be Authorized Apple Service Centers, but may have only a single trained Mac tech on staff, or may even share one Mac trained tech among multiple stores. Everything Macintosh specializes in serving Macs and related equipment and software.
...have fewer than 3 years service experience. Our long experience give us insight into the design and business philosophies of Mac equipment manufacturers, software developers, and our clients. That helps us to resolve issues faster.
...blame the user for problems, particularly when a product is under warranty. We’ll help you document warranty issues to insure you receive the full benefit of the warranty, and we’re often aware of extended or alternate warranties that apply to products on which the standard warranty has already expired.
...has only Apple training. They have little or no training and experience with other products, and no obligation to support them. Everything Macintosh writes and maintains its own training and service manuals that deal with troubleshooting all kinds of Mac related products.
...use only Apple’s own diagnostic software. We designed our own Everything Macintosh diagnostic software collection to allow us to test many different kinds of products so that we can identify and resolve many more problems.
...prefer that you bring your Mac and other attached equipment to them and leave it, sometimes for a week or more! We willingly come to your place as needed, and you’re welcome to watch as we work!
